All School Reunion Registration and Information Sheet

    Dates and times have been set for the all school reunion.  Friday, July 30th, there will be a hamburger cookout starting at 6:00 p.m. at which the school will be open for touring, visiting, and memories.  We might even have a set of horseshoes set out on Friday night.  Then on Saturday, the reunion will start at 10:00 a.m. and we will be eating at 12:00 p.m.  That afternoon starting at 2:00 p.m. will be the alumni basketball game with the even year graduates vs. the odd year graduates.  We know there will be great memories recalled and made and we hope that everyone can be here.  Also on Saturday, the XIT headquarters will be open in the morning from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. in case anyone wants to go and view it.

    There will be T-shirts for sale at the reunion with the proceeds going to the scholarship foundation for Channing students that we are trying to get started.

    We are asking former students to bring any pictures or memorabilia that you may have from your school years to share with everyone.  The yearbook staff would like to scan your pictures or make copies of items so that we can add those to the collection for what is planned on becoming an alumni room where we will keep memories and memorabilia from past years.  We have gathered up several items and already had some donations, but always need more.

   I hear there are several that are planning to attend that still have not sent in their form.  It is very important that we get the forms filled out as we need to make sure we have contact information for everyone, but more importantly we need to make sure that we have ENOUGH FOOD for everyone.  So please get those in as soon as possible.  If you have not received one via mail or e-mail, contact Robert McLain at 806-235-3432 or robert.mclain@region16.net  and he will get you one.  There are several on our list of missing members for which we still need contact information.  If you know of any of their locations or information, either send it to Robert McLain or contact them and tell them about the reunion!
